The course walks you through how the handgun, ammunition, and shooter work together while building a solid foundation in firearm safety, handling, and shooting fundamentals.The Concealed Carry Course is focused more on meeting North Carolina’s concealed carry requirements. If you are new to handguns or have limited shooting experience, Basic Handgun is the best place to start.

Do I need to bring my own handgun for the class?

No, you don't need to bring your own handgun. We offer rental handguns, including ammunition, for an additional fee. The rental cost depends on the class and the amount of ammunition required.

Is there a lunch break during the class?

Yes, there will be a lunch break during each class. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit a nearby restaurant.

What is your policy on class cancellations due to weather?

We typically do not cancel classes due to weather unless conditions are extreme. Classes will proceed as scheduled in most weather conditions, including rain. However, we cannot conduct training sessions on the range if there is lightning. Please check your email for updates on class status during extreme weather.
